Leasing Consultants are responsible for all leasing activities as well as other general office duties. To be successful in this role, you need phenomenal skills in the following areas: customer service, sales, organization and communication.

 

Maintenance

Property maintenance is essential to every apartment community and it is the maintenance team that carries out this vital role. From performing routine maintenance to minor repairs to emergency maintenance, maintenance technicians must be skilled in many disciplines and additionally, must have excellent customer service skills. To be successful in this role, you need a passion for the skilled trades, problem solving skills and a customer service mindset. 

 

Management

The property manager is the onsite director of operations and implements policies and procedures set by the corporate office. This person also oversees the budget and manages onsite employees. A successful property manager is skilled in financial management, team leadership and multi-tasking abilities.
